Other Leagues

As much as we want to encourage anyone wanting to take darts up to come join our club.

We would also be happy to see newcomers to the sport at any local club too.

Darts is played almost every night of the week. But if our Monday or Tuesday night leagues don’t suit you at the moment there are other leagues.

Wednesday’s nights there is a ‘Yarra Valley Amateur Social Darts League’ 

Thursday Nights there is a local ‘Eastern Suburbs Combined Clubs Dart League’.

Yarra Valley Amateur Social Darts League

When?
Wednesday nights commencing at 7:45pm till approximately 10.30pm (Excluding public holidays and or long weekends).
Subject to teams entered, A season can range from 26-28 weeks. With an additional 4 weeks of finals for the top teams.
Generally the league runs from February through to October.

Where?
Played out of 6 venues. Ranging from dart clubs, sporting venues and RSL’s.

Format?
Teams play best of 17 with 2 Triples (701 straight start-double finish), 3 Doubles (601 straight start-double finish), 6 Singles (501 straight start-double finish).
There is no limit on how many players a team may have registered.

Fees?
A $100 registration fee per team is required to enter. Then it is $20 per team per week.
This is a trophy competition. No money will be paid out at the end of the season.
Individual trophies are also awarded at the end of the season for such things as Highest start, Highest finish, Most Tons, Total Legs Won and 180’s.

Additional Information

There is a Presentation Night at a licensed venue where trophies and awards are given. A great social night out.

During the home and away season the league runs small tournaments. A Presidents Cup is ran over 2 weeks (all teams must attend). Then there are break weeks, with a Singles Championships and Drawn Doubles (these weeks teams do not have to play or attend).

**To play in this league you must abide by the Yarra Valley Social Darts League’s rules and the host venues rules. Including dress codes.**

ESCCDL- Eastern Suburbs Combined Clubs Darts League

When?
Thursday nights commencing at 7:45pm till approximately 10:30pm (Excluding public holidays and or long weekends).
The home and away season runs for 21 weeks. With an additional 4 weeks of finals for the top teams.
Generally, league runs from April through to September.

Where?
Played out of 10 venues. Ranging from dart clubs, sporting venues and RSL’s.

Format?
There are currently 3 divisions of 8 teams.
Teams play best of 11 with 2 Triples, 3 Doubles, 6 Singles.
With starting numbers changing per division. Div 1- Triples 701, Doubles 601, Singles 501. Div 2- Triples 601, Doubles 501, Singles 401. Div 3- Triples 501, Doubles 401, Singles 301. All games are straight start double finish.
There is a limit of 12 players registered per team.

Fees?
A $20 registration fee per team is required to enter.  With an additional $10 per player entered.
Then it is $20 per team per week.
